The outcome
Designed and developed a custom bilingual real estate platform for Lumera Dubai, including property listings, advanced property search and filtering, an interactive property map, areas and developers directories, team and services pages, enquiry journeys, market insights, and a custom content management system. The platform was built with a responsive, SEO-ready architecture for both English and Arabic.
Context and response
Lumera Dubai needed more than a standard real estate website. The platform had to present a premium brand experience while handling complex property data, multiple property types, areas and developers, bilingual English/Arabic content, RTL layouts, search visibility, and an efficient internal content-management workflow.
We developed a scalable custom real estate website using Next.js and Laravel, combining a premium responsive interface with a structured property-management backend. The solution includes dynamic property pages, advanced search and filters, map-based property discovery, multilingual and RTL support, structured SEO architecture, optimized performance, and conversion-focused enquiry paths for buyers and investors searching for Dubai real estate.
